The Inquisitive Mind Insights
Dear Readers,
When I was working in bank, I read many self-help books, believing they would improve how I think and perform. I read a lot but nothing really changed within me. When I shared this with my teacher, he said
“Knowledge by itself does not change a life. It is the living of that knowledge that truly transforms us”
In today’s world, this is very common. We listen to podcasts, read books, attend workshops, and share ideas online. Yet, we may still react with anger, jealousy, fear, or ego. We speak of peace but feel restless. We talk about compassion but struggle to act with kindness when it is needed most. Slowly, knowledge becomes something we display, rather than something we live.
A meaningful life is not measured by how much we know, but by how deeply we live what we know. When knowledge is practiced, even in small ways, it begins to transform us from within. And that transformation itself is the real reward.
These articles are not meant to be read and forgotten – they are meant to be practiced, observed and lived. If even one idea sparks a small change within you, it has served its purpose.
I hope you will love reading these articles as much as I love writing them.
Yours

The Mind: Your Silent Architect
In our fast-paced, hyper-connected modern world, we often fall into a very convincing trap. We believe that our happiness or our misery is dictated entirely by what happens to us. We tie our peace of mind to external milestones.
Life : The Gift We Take for Granted
Life is too short and too precious to walk through it carrying a heavy backpack full of old insults, betrayals, and grudges. Letting go is not a gift you give to the person who hurt you; it is the ultimate act of self-care.
